The Beach-house — Situated on the Northern end of Malolo Lailai overlooking one of the islands many beaches with views of the surrounding Mamanuca islands. This 3 bedroom home can sleep up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds with an ensuite, which is shared with the 3rd bedroom, containing 2 bunk beds (sleeping a maximum of 4). The casual "pool-house" structure provides an easy-going atmosphere for a family holiday. The large living area is cooled from the sea breeze and there are ceiling fans in all bedrooms. The house has a telephone (calls made via a resort switchboard), stereo, small TV, equipped kitchen (microwave and gas cook top). The house is approximately a 12 minute stroll to the Musket Cove Island Resort reception and "Dick's Place Bar & Bistro".

Villa Malolo — Villa Malolo is situated at the northern end of the island on just under 1 acre of tropical gardens, with an elevated position over direct waterfront and stairs to a secluded beach. The Villa was designed by Adrian Sofield who is renowned in the South Pacific for his bold & rustic style architecture. The Villa has multiple entertaining and viewing areas. The 3 bedrooms in the main house can sleep up to 6 people with 2 bathrooms in the main house can sleep up to 6 people with 2 bathrooms and a charming garden cottage with ensuite bathroom can accommodate an additional couple in a king size bed. Facilities include: a large open plan kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, stove top, oven). TV, VCR and DVD player as well as laundry area. The house provides a 37 ft Plunge and separate children's wading pool, outdoor furniture and hammocks to enjoy the spectacular views of the Mamanuca group of islands and the resort. Lagoon Point Villa — A large villa, ideal for large families or a group of friends. The open plan kitchen and living area is vibrant with color and comfortable coconut wood furniture. Generous deck areas make it easy to enjoy the elevated view of the island and inland lagoons. The house features 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms (4 bedrooms are air-conditioned), TV, DVD player, telephone for calls made via the resort reception and charged to your account, BBQ, stereo, swimming pool with wet edge, washing machine and a full kitchen (stove top, oven, refrigerator). Furnished with Pacific Island artifacts and traditional "tapa", this island home has a very vibrant and welcoming feel. Villa Marau — The newest addition to the islands homes, this large and luxurious villa is ideal for big families or a group of friends. The open plan kitchen and living area was built to take full advantage of the panoramic view of the bay from its elevated position in the hills of Malolo Lailai, overlooking Musket Cove Resort. Tastefully and comfortably decorated, the lounge opens onto the large decks to allow indoor or outdoor dining.
